By using stitchfit.com.pk, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. General
Stitch Fit is operated by Climax Knitting Industry, S.I.E #1, Plot 94-B, Near Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, Punjab 52250, Pakistan. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of stitchfit.com.pk.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for reference only; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, payment must be confirmed before dispatch. Bank prepaid orders receive an additional 5% discount.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched via Postex across all cities in Pakistan. Free shipping is available on orders of 2 or more pieces. Delivery times vary by city. Stitch Fit is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only — no refunds. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the exchange window. Return shipping is covered by Stitch Fit only for defective items. For exchange requests, contact us at info@stitchfit.com.pk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on stitchfit.com.pk — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Stitch Fit and may not be reproduced without written permission.
