Stitch Fit operates an exchange-only policy. No refunds under any circumstances — but we'll happily swap your piece for a different size, colour, or style.

Defective or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping and dispatch a replacement immediately.

Original condition

For size/style swaps: unused, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.

Send the item to: Climax Knitting Industry, S.I.E #1, Plot 94-B, Near Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, Punjab 52250.

Your exchange is dispatched within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Eligible for exchange

What we accept.

  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items (within 48 hours of delivery — we pay return shipping)
  • Unused items with original tags attached
  • Items in original, unopened packaging
  • Items that have not been washed, worn, or altered
Not eligible

What we can't take back.

  • Washed, worn, or altered items
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery (for defective items)
  • Refund requests — we do not issue refunds under any circumstances
